Personal Training Package Information
Which package is right for you?
Single personal training sessions – (x1 personal training session)
A Single session is highly advised if you don’t want ongoing personal training and just would like a training plan; having one session will allow me to go through all of the exercises in your plan and show you how to perform them correctly and safely.
PT Package 1 – (x4 personal training sessions)
Package 1 is a good starter package so I can go through all of the exercises in your plan and show you how to perform them correctly and safely in more detail than a plan or single session alone.
PT Package 2 – (x6 personal training sessions)
Package 2 is ideal if you want to start having frequent personal training sessions or to see if it’s for you. We can go through each day of your plan in detailed sessions, adjust it accordingly to your needs and improve your techniques.
PT Package 3 – (x8 personal training sessions)
Package 3 is a good way to start having frequent personal training sessions. Having a PT will keep you accountable and motivated throughout your training sessions and at home with your nutrition.
PT Package 4 – (x12 personal training sessions)
Package 4 is the most popular and recommended option, especially if you are ready to commit and conquer your goals. Having ongoing sessions will ensure I am with you every step of the way in your fitness journey to keep you on track, to guide and help you as well as too encourage, motivate and push you to where you need to be.
