What are Fitness Sessions?


Abs / Core Training – This is a core specific training session which will focus on building up the strength of your abdominal muscles. 

 

Circuits Training – These sessions involve rotating through various exercises, targeting different parts of the body for a full workout.

 

HIIT Training – High intensity interval training is short bursts of intense exercise with short rest. HIIT is great for burning fat, boosting metabolism and strengthening your heart health.
